Syngonium Aurea has variegation that emerges a lime green colour, then fades to a vibrant yellow, and as the leaf ages the variegation turns a soft yellow colour. The care of this plant is similar to other syngoniums, however Aureas are a little fussy when it comes to the amount of light they receive. Too much light or not enough can cause the variegation on their leaves to brown.
The plant depicted in the photograph is the exact plant you will receive. We discovered this particular specimen within the syngonium fantasy tub, which has been growing successfully under natural light without any heating or humidity regulation. Despite being subjected to temperatures below 10 degrees overnight, it has thrived remarkably well. This serves as a strong testament to the resilience and low-maintenance nature of these plants, exceeding our initial expectations.
